My Background
With over 23 years of experience in teaching, where I have impacted the lives of 1000s of children, I now specialise in helping primary school-aged children build confidence, emotional resilience and self esteem. I hold a qualification in Children's Mental Health and I am working towards an accreditation in life coaching. I firmly believe that keeping active helps to improve mental wellbeing and this forms part of my service which includes body tasks as well as activities to develop a positive mindset.
Sessions are primarily based at Simonside Climbing Wall in South Shields but sessions can be held at home, in a local park or beach. Basically, wherever your child feels most comfortable.
My Services
I offer a range of coaching services, including one-to-one coaching sessions which can be in person or online, group coaching, school workshops and assemblies.
